Ms. Sukriti Slehria assists in arbitral proceedings as tribunal law clerk to the residents of The Arbitration Chambers. Sukriti also accepts tribunal secretary appointments from non-resident arbitrators. Such arbitrations may be ad hoc or institution-administered under the ICC, SIAC, LCIA, KLRCA, HKIAC and SCMA.
Sukriti graduated with a B.A. LL.B (Hons) from the Rajiv Gandhi National University of Law in Punjab, India. She also holds an LLM in International and Comparative Law from the National University of Singapore. She is admitted to the Bar in India, and enrolled as an Advocate on the rolls of the Bar Council of Delhi.
Prior to joining The Arbitration Chambers, Sukriti worked as a Law Clerk to Judge Sir Christopher Greenwood, CMG QC at the International Court of Justice (ICJ), where she worked on inter-state disputes and gained extensive experience in international dispute resolution. Before that, she practised law in India and represented parties in civil and commercial matters before the Delhi High Court and Supreme Court of India. She has also worked as a Law Clerk to a Judge at the Supreme Court of India.
