Mr. Damien Yeo assists in arbitral proceedings as tribunal law clerk to the residents of The Arbitration Chambers. Damien also accepts tribunal secretary appointments from non-resident arbitrators.
International case matters that Damien has been involved in include joint ventures and commercial investment contracts; oil, gas and energy disputes; construction and engineering contracts; and maritime disputes. Such arbitrations may be ad hoc or institution-administered under the AIAC, ICC, SIAC, LCIA, HKIAC and SCMA.
Damien graduated with a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) from Monash University, Australia. He is admitted as an advocate and solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore.
Prior to joining The Arbitration Chambers in 2016, Damien was an associate at a specialist litigation firm, where he dealt with both civil and criminal matters in all tiers of Courts of Singapore, including the Court of Appeal.
