Ms. Chloé Terrapon assists in arbitral proceedings as tribunal law clerk to the residents of The Arbitration Chambers.

Matters that Chloé has been involved in include joint ventures and commercial investment contracts; energy contracts; construction and engineering contracts; and investment disputes. Such arbitrations may be ad hoc or institution-administered under the ICC, SIAC, LCIA, HKIAC, KLRCA, SCMA, as well as ICSID.

Chloé graduated with a Bachelor and a Master of Law from the University of Fribourg, Switzerland, and a LL.M. in International Arbitration and Dispute Resolution from the National University of Singapore. She also holds a Certificate in Transnational Legal Studies from Georgetown Law’s Center for Transnational Legal Studies (CTLS), London. She is admitted to the Bar in Switzerland.

Prior to moving to Singapore and joining The Arbitration Chambers, Chloé was an associate in the litigation and arbitration practice of the Swiss law firm Walder Wyss Ltd. in Zurich, where she represented parties in international arbitrations as well as before state courts and authorities in both civil and criminal matters.
